Hey everyone, in addition to everything that has been happening (Fantasy Football Party, remodeling the study, etc) I have been trying to watch what I eat for about 2 1/2 weeks now. I have already met 2 Wii Fit Plus goals of 2# and I am still going down. I try to get on the Wii at least every other day but it hasn’t happened yet. I am going to have to step up the commitment.
I am also watching calories (not going into my mouth!) using this cool web site called myfitnesspal.com. The website is great and lets you track everything you eat all day long as well as your exercise and water intake. Once you have an account, you can access i t from anything that can access the web. It has great reports and other tools that are all free. I told it what I wanted to weight in so many weeks and how many times I would be exercising and it told me what my calorie intake should be.
